These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of AllRoutes.ai (the “Service”), operated by AllRoutes.ai (“we”, “us”, or “AllRoutes”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. The Service

AllRoutes is a unified gateway that routes API calls to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, AWS Bedrock, and others). We do not own, host, or generate the AI models themselves. When you submit a request to a model via the Service, we forward your request to the upstream provider you selected and return their response.

3. AI output disclaimer

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsafe. You are solely responsible for evaluating output before relying on it for decisions, distribution, or downstream automation. The Service does not provide professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). You agree not to use AI output for any unlawful purpose, to generate content that infringes third-party rights, or to create CSAM, deepfakes intended to deceive, malware, or content that violates the upstream provider’s usage policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to defeat the rate limits of the Service; (b) resell access without a written commercial agreement; (c) attempt to extract personal data of other users; (d) use the Service to compete directly with us by training a substitute gateway. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice when the violation is ongoing or harmful.

5. Your data

Inputs you send through the Service are forwarded to the upstream provider you select. We retain request metadata (timestamp, model id, token counts, latency, status code) for billing, debugging, and abuse prevention. We do not train models on your prompts. 6. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

If you provide your own upstream provider API key (BYOK), we encrypt it at rest with AES-256-GCM and use it only to forward your requests to the provider you chose. You retain your existing relationship with that provider; their terms govern your use of their model. We charge no commission on BYOK traffic.

7. Fees and billing

Paid plans and pre-paid credits are billed via our payment processor. Pre-paid credits do not expire. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 30 days of purchase, prorated to unused credits. We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice via email; existing pre-paid credits are honored at the price in effect when purchased.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings (this also removes your personal workspace and all associated data). We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these Terms; we will give you 7 days’ notice unless the breach is ongoing or harmful, in which case suspension may be immediate.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect 30 days after we notify you by email or post a banner on the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the courts of Lahore, Pakistan, unless your local consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring suit in your home jurisdiction.
